Spirit speaks to us whenever we're open to listen, whether it be on a mountain top, a vast lonely desert highway, while riding a bike downhill really fast with your eyes closed or while doing the dishes. Some of these are messages of hope, healing and wisdom I've received while listening with my heart, or observations and random thoughts on my personal journey to now. I've also included my random adventures from light-hearted to heart-breaking, in the hopes that sharing my life may inspire, enlighten or amuse.
