September 2002 Hello and Welcome to Soul2Soul with Harusami & Friends! It's hard to believe a year has past since September 11th, 2001. As some of you know, I curated a show back in November of last year called "War & Peace" at Core New Art Space here in Denver. It was my intention at the time to continue the show with an online gallery of the wonderful artwork featured in that event. I'm pleased to say the gallery is now open and will stand as a memorial of that tragic day and as a celebration of healing. Click on the painting on the right to take you to the gallery. I'm sure many of you will be commemorating this day with friends and loved ones, in prayer or silent meditation. May you all be embraced in healing, hope and peace. For those in the Denver area, there will be a Celebration of Life: An Evening of Remembrance and Healing, Wednesday, September 11th, 6:30 until 10pm at the Metaphysical Research Society, 1001 East 7th Ave. A donation of $6 is suggested. You're asked to bring percussion instruments, a pillow and blanket if desired, along with a candle and holder. Facilitators for this event are intuitive counselor Allorah Creevay, Healer and Intuitive Musician Dr. Christine Boiano and Brian Whelan, MSW, Counselor, and Healing Facilitator. Now, on to what's new in Soul2Soul this month! There's a simple yet profound essay by Dr. Keith Jeffery on the Body, Mind & Spirit intro page this month. In the Mind & Spirit section, David Weisner contributes a thought provoking essay, "A Question of Religion". In our Intuitive Guidance section, Gregg Edward Knight offers Part 6 of his popular "How to Develop Your Psychic Abilities" column with "Karma Verses Self-Fulfilling Prophecy". There are a few updates in our Twin Soul, Twin Flame & Soul Mates section, check out the new movies and poetry. If you're a healer or in need of a healing, please stop by the Healing Request page and give or take as needed. Last but certainly not least, another excerpt from David Deida's book "Way of the Superior Lover" graces our Love & Sexuality section, this month's selection is an exercise in breathing and its connection to sacred sexuality.
I did manage to squeeze some fun into these very hectic days... you can take a peek at a friend and I attempting to summit Gray's Peak by clicking on the lovely mountain range on your left.
